All orders are treated as placed and received in the United Kingdom and any disputes arising must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Ordering and Acceptance

Email confirmation will be sent to you on behalf of SandalStore.co.uk upon our acceptance of your order, which will constitute the contract between us in accordance with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order in whole or in part.

Prices, Particulars and Payment

The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate and exclusive of delivery charges.

The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice.

All descriptions, drawings and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.

Payment may be made by any credit, debit or payment card acceptable to us, including paypal payments, which payment will be encrypted to ensure secure electronic transmission of data.

Delivery

If the goods you have ordered are in stock, will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours days. However, it is not possible to specify a guaranteed delivery date for orders placed on the Internet.

For orders placed within mainland UK a choice of two non-refundable delivery rates are available – Free delivery within three working days (only for orders exceeding the special promotion offer of value of goods in excess of £70.00) per order and STANDARD for delivery to your home within 3-4 days at a price of £4.95 per order. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK off shore a non-refundable delivery rate of £9.95 for delivery within 10 working days will be charged.

Title and Risk

11. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.

12. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

Exchanges and Refunds

13. If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason and return the same unworn to us by post within 14 days of delivery we will refund the cost of the goods.

14. The above is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
